Confidencias (Rocío Dúrcal Album)
''Confidencias'' (English: ''Confidences'') is a studio album released by Spanish performer Rocío Dúrcal in 1981 under the label of Ariola Records. It was written and produced by Spanish songwriter Rafael Pérez Botija. In Spain this album was released under the title ''La gata'' (English: ''The Cat''). Seven singles were released from ''Confidencias''. The first two singles, "No sirvo para estar sin ti" (''I'm Not Good At Being Without You'') and "La Gata Bajo la Lluvia" (''The Cat In The Rain''), became hits all over Latin America and in Spain. The song "La gata bajo la lluvia" was featured in the 1989 Spanish film ''La Blanca Paloma'' (''The White Dove''), directed by Juan Miñón and starring Antonio Banderas and the Drag Race España (season 1), first season finale of Drag Race España in 2021. María de los Ángeles de las Heras Ortiz (4 October 1944 – 25 March 2006), better known as Rocío Dúrcal (), was a Spanish singer and actress with a career spanning more than four decades. She performed pop music, bolero, mariachi and romantic ballads and is widely regarded as one of the greatest Spanish singers of all time. Popular across Mexico and Latin America, she earned the sobriquet of ''Reina de las Rancheras'' ("Queen of Rancheras"). Ariola (also known as Ariola Records, Ariola Express, Ariola-Eurodisc and BMG Ariola) is a German record label. ''Drag Race España'' (sometimes called ''Drag Race Spain'') is a Spanish reality competition television series, produced by Atresmedia Televisión in collaboration with Buendía Estudios and executive produced by World of Wonder. It is the Spanish adaptation of the '' Drag Race'' franchise. Camilo Blanes Cortés (16 September 1946 – 8 September 2019), known professionally as Camilo Sesto, was a Spanish singer, songwriter and music producer. The LP (from long playing or long play) is an analog sound storage medium, specifically a phonograph record format characterized by: a speed of rpm; a 12- or 10-inch (30- or 25-cm) diameter; use of the "microgroove" groove specification; and a vinyl (a copolymer of vinyl chloride acetate) composition disk.
