The Communauté de communes du Doullennais is a former ''communauté de communes'' in the Somme (department), Somme ''départements of France, département'' and in the Picardie ''régions of France, région'' of France. It was created in December 1992.CC du Doullennais (N° SIREN : 248000416)

Doullens
Doullens (; ; former ) is a commune in the Somme department, Hauts-de-France, France. Its inhabitants are called ''Doullennais'' and ''Doullennaises''. Geography Doullens is situated on the N25 road, in the northern part of the department, straddling the river Authie, the border with the Pas-de-Calais. Doullens is practically mid-way on the intersection of these axes : * Abbeville - Arras * Amiens - Saint-Pol-sur-Ternoise * Crécy-en-Ponthieu - Bapaume * Auxi-le-Château - Acheux-en-Amiénois History * Doullens, the ancient ''Dulincum'', was seat of a viscountship under the counts of Vermandois then of Ponthieu and an important stronghold in the Middle Ages. * In 1225, the town became part of France. * In 1475 it was burnt by Louis XI for openly siding with the Duke of Burgundy. Lucheux () is a commune in the Somme department in Hauts-de-France in northern France. Geography Lucheux is situated on the D5 road, some southwest of Arras, near the border with the neighbouring département of the Pas-de-Calais. Population History The château was taken by the Protestants under Captain Cocqueville in 1568 during the Wars of Religion. Longuevillette () is a commune in the Somme department in Hauts-de-France in northern France. Geography Longuevillette is situated north of Amiens, on the D31e road. To the north, the soil is mostly clayey, to the south, the soil is mostly silico-limestone. The town is placed on a plateau that separates the courses of the Somme and the Authie.
