Colón River Plate F.C. (or simply Colón River) was a Panamanian football team founded in 1994 and based on Colón, Panama. In 2005 the team ceased to exist. History The team participated in Primera A and two seasons in ANAPROF for the 2004 and 2005 season. Their only honor was a Primera A championship in the 2003 season. Unfortunately for Colón River in 2005 it was forced to abandon the 2005 season after only one match missing for the ''Apertura'' to finishHoy la ANAPROF define si desafilian al Colón River

ANAPROF 2004 is the 2004 season of the Panamanian football league, ANAPROF. The season started on February 13, 2004, with the ''Torneo Apertura Bellsouth 2004'' and finalized on November 7, 2004, with the ''Torneo Clausura Bellsouth 2004.'' ANAPROF 2005 is the 2005 season of the Panamanian football (soccer) league, ANAPROF. The season started on February 11, 2005 with the ''"Torneo Apertura 2005"'' and finalized on November 12, 2005 with the ''Torneo Clausura 2005.'' Copa Rommel Fernández
The Copa Rommel Fernández is the third level of Panama's national club championship. It was founded in 1996 and it is a seasonal tournament that lasts 2 months in which the champion is promoted to Liga Nacional de Ascenso. The tournament is named after Panamanian football legend Rommel Fernández. The tournament is presided by Lucas Fernández and managed by Panamanian Football Federation. Since the championship is seasonal only, at the end of each competition each of the teams (except the champions) are relegated to their respective district leagues where they compete to earn a spot for the following season. Additionally, the team relegated from the Liga Nacional de Ascenso automatically holds a spot to compete in the Copa Rommel Fernández after the end of the second division championship.
