Robert Fuller (born Leonard Leroy Lee; July 29, 1933) is a retired American actor. Fuller was known for his deep "charcoal" voice, his roles on the popular Western series '' Laramie'' as Jess Harper and ''Wagon Train'' as Cooper Smith, and as Dr. Kelly Brackett in the medical/action drama ''Emergency!'' (1972–1977). Bob Fuller (December 31, 1898 – unknown) was an American blues and jazz saxophonist and clarinetist, best known for his recordings accompanying female singers of the 1920s. Born and raised in New York City, Fuller toured the United States with Mamie Smith, then settled down to extensive studio work. He was a house saxophonist for Ajax and Victor Records, playing with Elmer Snowden and Lou Hooper. These musicians also recorded on their own, including as the Five Musical Blackbirds. Fuller also played with Fats Waller's combo, Six Hot Babies. Fuller worked on at least 140 sessions between 1920 and 1928, accompanying singers such as Martha Copeland, Helen Gross, Rosa Henderson, Maggie Jones, Viola McCoy, and Monette Moore. Among his many 1920s recordings, his trio sides (with piano and banjo) were issued credited as by 'Three Hot Eskimos', 'The Black Diamonds', 'Three Jolly Jesters', and 'Three Monkey Chasers'. 1988 British League Season
The 1988 British League season was the 54th season of the top tier of speedway in the United Kingdom and the 24th known as the British League. Summary Coventry Bees won the league for the second successive year and again by a 16-point margin. The Bees also reached the Knockout Cup final losing to Cradley Heath. Remarkably it was Cradley's seventh Cup win in 10 years. With the League Cup scrapped the Coventry team had less fixtures to ride and their pairing of Tommy Knudsen and Kelvin Tatum were once again the catalyst for the seasons success finishing 2nd and 4th respectively in the averages. Fuller is also the owner of both LFR Chassis and the LFR Driver Development Group Team.
