Colm De Buitléar
Colm de Buitléar (born 6 November 1997) is an Irish rugby union player who is a former member of the Connacht academy. He plays as a Centre, wing or fullback, and represented Corinthians in the All-Ireland League. He currently represents Terenure College RFC. Born in Dublin, Ireland, de Buitléar first began playing rugby for Carraroe-based An Ghaeltacht Rugbaí, a club that was part-founded by his father, Colm Senior , before going on to join Galway Corinthians. Carraroe (in Irish, and officially, , meaning 'the red quarter') is a village in Connemara, the coastal Irish-speaking region (Gaeltacht) of County Galway, Ireland. It is known for its traditional fishing boats, the Galway Hookers. Its population is widely dispersed over the Carraroe peninsula between ''Cuan an Fhir Mhóir'' (Greatman's Bay) and ''Cuan Chasla'' (Casla Bay). Carraroe has an unusual beach, ''Trá an Dóilín'', a biogenic gravel beach made of coralline algae known as "maerl". Connacht or Connaught ( ; or ), is the smallest of the four provinces of Ireland, situated in the west of Ireland. Union Bordeaux Bègles (; ) is a French professional rugby union team playing in the Top 14, the first level of the country's professional league system. They earned their Top 14 place by winning the promotion playoffs that followed the 2010–11 season in the second-level Pro D2. Upon promotion to the Top 14 in 2011, they were assured a place in the European Challenge Cup. They were founded in 2006 as a result of a merger between two Bordeaux clubs, Stade Bordelais and Club Athlétique Bordeaux-Bègles Gironde. They wear claret (in French: ''bordeaux'') and white.
