''Colección'' is a two-disc compilation album from Puerto Rican singer Roy Brown. It features a collection of Brown's hits and old songs, some of them recorded live. The album was released under Brown's label Discos Lara-Yarí in 1996. Background and recording Roy Brown describes ''Colección'' as a "self-conscious journey" through his career. He says that the album includes songs that are "favorites of the public, others favorites of mine, some forgotten and unknown, others never recorded and that had their chance, even if they never made it to the 'hit parade'".''Colección'' album booklet Most of the songs on Disc one were recorded live. Lucero Hogaza León (; born 29 August 1969) is an entertainer. She is a multi-platinum singer in Mexico and has sung in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Lucero has sold more than 30 million records worldwide. She is often referred to as "La Novia de América" ("the Americas' Girlfriend"). ''La colección'' is a compilation album by Puerto Rican boy band Menudo, released in April 1990 by the record label Melody. The album was released exclusively in Mexico in LP, cassette, and CD formats. Although the songs are taken from albums released in 1987 and 1988, featuring a different lineup, the album cover displays the members at the time of its release: Sergio Blass, Rubén Gómez, Robert Avellanet, Rawy Torres, and César Abreu. The tracklist of the compilation consists entirely of songs originally from the albums '' Somos los hijos del Rock'' (1987) and '' Sombras y figuras'' (1988). Menudo is a Puerto Rican boy band formed by producer Edgardo Díaz. ''Colección Romántica'' is a compilation album by Dominican songwriter and musician Juan Luis Guerra and 4.40. It was released in November 21, 2000 and February 6, 2001 in the United States by Karen Records. It is a dual album compilation including 20 of the group's classic songs remastered and re-recorded as ballads.
