Eddie Cofie (1959–2015) was a Ghanaian actor, president of the Ghana Actors Guild, and also a pastor. He featured in many Ghanaian movies like Bob Smith Junior, Bob Smith's Diabolo (film), Diabolo, Dirty Tears, Sinking Sands and A Northern Affair. Career In 1992, Coffie featured in many Ghanaian movies like Bob Smith Junior, Bob Smith's Diabolo, which he played the main role as ''the snake-pastor'' who turns into a strange creature devouring raw eggs and suffering from Hallucinations. Calton Coffie
Calton Coffie (27 February 1954 – 2 February 2023) was a Jamaican vocalist who rose to prominence for his work in the Jamaican-based recording act Inner Circle, but had also recorded as a solo vocalist. Coffie was active in the reggae group from 1986 to 1994, when he began performing under the moniker Hot Cup of Coffie, based in the United Kingdom. Howard Boyd Coffie (November 6, 1937 – May 2, 2006) was an American minor league baseball player, manager, college coach, scout and executive. He attended McMinn County High School and then Rollins College. Playing career In 1959, Coffie won the Florida Intercollegiate Conference MVP Award. He was an NAIA All-American in 1958 and 1959 While at Rollins College, he was also an All-Conference basketball player. He began his professional career in 1959, playing in the New York Yankees chain from 1959 to 1961. His first season was spent with the Kearney Yankees, hitting .286 with 11 home runs in 56 games. He played for the Greensboro Yankees in 1960, and in 92 games his average dropped to .216, and he hit only five home runs. His averaged dropped again in 1961 to .211, as he played in 39 games for the Binghamton Triplets. Raymonde Goudou Coffie (born ) is an Ivorian politician. After training as a pharmacist, she has held various ministerial appointments including Minister for Family, Women and Children, Minister of Health and Public Hygiene and Minister of Modernisation of Administration and Innovation of Public Services.
