Cláudia Magno
Cláudia Magno de Carvalho (February 10, 1958 – January 6, 1994) was a Brazilian actress and dancer. The actress began her career in 1981, working on various plays. She participated in the blockbuster movie ''Menino do Rio'' in 1982, and was then called by Rede Globo to participate in the novel ''Final Feliz''. She also appeared in the films ''Garota Dourada'' (1984) and ''Presença de Marisa'' (1988), for which she won the Candango for best actress at the Festival de Brasília in 1988. Claudia died of acute respiratory failure due to AIDS at the São Vicente clinic in Gávea. ''Você Decide'' (''You Decide'' / ''It's Your Call'') was an interactive television program broadcast on the Brazilian TV network Rede Globo from 1992 to 2000. During each episode special cases were presented, and viewers would decide the ending through phone votes. ''Tieta'' is a 1989 Brazilian telenovela, produced and broadcast by Rede Globo. It originally aired between August 14, 1989, and March 30, 1990, spanning 196 episodes. It was TV Globo's 41st primetime telenovela, preceded by '' O Salvador da Pátria'' and followed by '' Rainha da Sucata''. It was based on Brazilian writer Jorge Amado's 1977 novel of the same name, and was written by Aguinaldo Silva, Ricardo Linhares and Ana Maria Moretzsohn.
