Estadio Ramón Tahuichi Aguilera
Estadio Ramón "Tahuichi" Aguilera Costas is a multi-purpose stadium in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. It is used mostly for football matches, on club level by Blooming, Oriente Petrolero, Destroyers, and Royal Pari. Inaugurated in 1940, the stadium has a capacity of 38,000 people and was one of the official stadiums for the 1997 Copa America. Organized by the Tahuichi Academy, every year during January this stadium hosts one of the greatest youth football tournaments in the world, the "Mundialito Paz y Unidad." Past participants of the U-15 tournament have included Real Madrid, Benfica, Vasco da Gama, River Plate, Colo-Colo and many youth national teams. David De La Torre
David de la Torre García (born 16 March 1981) is a Mexican football manager and former player who played as a defender. Playing career Born in Cuernavaca, de la Torre began his professional career with Guerreros Acapulco making his debut in the 2003 Verano tournament. He subsequently played for Jaguares de Tapachula before moving to Colombian side Atlético Bucaramanga in 2004. de la Torre returned to his home country with Querétaro in the same year, before representing Colorado Rapids in the 2005 season. Bolivian Football Regional Leagues
The third tier of the Bolivian football league system consists of nine regional leagues (one for each department); the number of participants varies depending on the department. It usually has between 8 and 12 teams. The winner and the runner-up of each league compete in the Copa Simón Bolívar, with the winner of such a tournament gaining promotion to the 1st Division, and the runner-up playing a play-off match with the last two placed teams in the First Division. Until 1976, all 8 regional championships ( Pando didn't have an organized tournament at the time) were the top division of the national football pyramid, with the winner of the Copa Simón Bolívar being crowned as national champion.
