''Club Life, Vol. 5 - China'' is a mixed compilation album by Dutch DJ and producer Tiësto. It is the fifth installment of his Club Life compilation series, and was released through Musical Freedom on 20 November 2017. The album was compiled in collaboration with Dutch artists John Christian and SWACQ. Background and development ''Club Life, Vol. 5 - China'' is the fifth installment of the ''Club Life'' series, which comes after '' Club Life, Vol. 4 - New York City''. Based on Tiësto, this compilation was created mainly for festival and stadium play, in front of large audiences. "The stuff on this album is what I want to play, and the crowd I see over there in China inspires me and us to make this style of music," says Tiësto. He first met John Christian in 2013 through his remake of Tiësto's " Flight 643", and was attracted by his music production. Tijs Michiel Verwest (; born 17 January 1969), known professionally as Tiësto ( , ), is a Dutch DJ and record producer. He was voted "The Greatest DJ of All Time" by ''Mix (magazine), Mix'' magazine in a 2010/2011 poll amongst fans. In 2013, he was voted by ''DJ Mag'' readers as the "best DJ of the last 20 years". Flight 643
"Flight 643" is a single which appeared in DJ Tiësto's first album, ''In My Memory''. In 2001 it was included as a B-side of "Urban Train", later released as an A-Side single; In 2006 it became B-side of " Lethal Industry" as a remix by Richard Durand. The song had great success that it was adapted with vocals by Suzanne Palmer in 2002, it was also released as a single and titled "643 (Love's on Fire)". The name Flight 643 is derived from KLM Royal Dutch Airlines flight number KL643, which is a non-stop service between Amsterdam and New York JFK.
