1962 Copa Libertadores
The 1962 Copa de Campeones de América was the third edition of South America's premier club football tournament. Ten teams entered, one more than the previous season, with Venezuela again not sending a representative. This was the first edition in which the defending champions qualified automatically, allowing the nation which contained the holders to have an extra team in the tournament. Club de Deportes La Serena S.A.D.P., is a Chilean football club based in the city of La Serena, Coquimbo Region. The Clásico Universitario is one of the most important rivalries of Chilean football and refers to any match contested between Club Deportivo Universidad Católica, Universidad Católica and Club Universidad de Chile, Universidad de Chile. José Pedro Fuenzalida Gana (; born 22 February 1985) is a Chilean former professional footballer who played as a right winger. Club career A product of the Universidad Católica youth set-up, Fuenzalida was promoted to the first-adult team in 2004, at the age of 19. He debuted in a 4–0 defeat with Unión Española at San Carlos de Apoquindo for a league game, during a moment considered one of the club's biggest sports crises.
