Albino Mamede Cleto (March 3, 1935 Manteigas – June 15, 2012 Coimbra) was the Roman Catholic bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Coimbra, Portugal, therefore becoming ''ex officio'' 29th Count of Arganil. Ordained in 1959, Mamede Cleto was named bishop in 1982 and retired in 2011. Biography Descendant of the Cleto da Cunha family, a family of rural landowners and wool industry entrepreneurs from Manteigas, with ancestry traced to Afonso Saraiva de Lucena, Lord of the House of Póvoa, in Trancoso. He is related to the Minister of Justice and Peer of the Realm, Manuel Duarte Leitão, and the industrialist from Manteigas, Joaquim Pereira de Mattos. He attended the Patriarchal Seminary of Lisbon, a diocese where he was ordained as a priest on August 15, 1959. Cleto de Jesús González Víquez (13 October 1858 – 23 September 1937) was a Costa Rican lawyer, historian and politician who served as the 18th and 26th President of Costa Rica, serving from 1906 to 1910 and 1928 to 1932. Alongside Ricardo Jiménez Oreamuno, González is regarded as one of the most influential Costa Rican Liberalism in Costa Rica, liberal political figures of the 20th century. Rodríguez (April 26, 1923 – December 7, 1990) was an American of Mexican descent who served in both the U.S. Army, and in the U.S. Air Force, and received the Medal of Honor for actions in Manila, Philippines during World War II. Cleto (, local slang: Petramala, Pietramala) is a town and ''comune'' in the province of Cosenza in the Calabria region of southern Italy. It is located on the hills facing the Aeolian Islands, and the river Savuto. The town is situated at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level at the feet of Mount St. Angelo, a few kilometers from the Tyrrhenian Sea and not far from the Lamezia Terme International Airport. The hillside location means that the climate is very dry with hot summers and mild winters. The flora is typical of the Mediterranean area, with numerous olive trees and, in the area of the river Savuto, oranges and lemons.
