City Shuttle Service
The City Shuttle Service was a network of bus services in Singapore between May 1975 and April 2007 by NTUC Comfort and Singapore Shuttle Bus. It was purchased by Trans-Island Bus Services, a former subsidiary of Singapore Shuttle Bus, in 1987. History The City Shuttle Service (CSS) was an initiative introduced on 16 May 1975 by the Singapore government, as part of a park & ride scheme aimed at reducing traffic congestion in the city. It was originally hoped that car owners would park at designated car parks and transfer to CSS bus services to enter the central business district (CBD). Sin Ming () is a housing estate located in the subzone of Upper Thomson in the town of Bishan, Singapore. It is roughly situated between MacRitchie Nature Reserve and Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park. It consists of both residential and industrial areas. Singapore's largest Chinese Buddhist temple, Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery, is located in the vicinity of Sin Ming. Bukit Merah Bus Interchange is a bus interchange located in the Bukit Merah Town Centre in Singapore. The interchange is located along Bukit Merah Central and serves the nearby residential estates of Telok Blangah and Bukit Purmei, as well as the commercial buildings in Bukit Merah Central. Bedok Bus Interchange
Bedok Bus Interchange is an air-conditioned bus interchange located at Bedok Town Centre, serving residential areas around Bedok, Tanah Merah, Bedok Reservoir, Upper East Coast and Marine Parade. It is the seventh air-conditioned bus interchange in Singapore, integrated within Bedok Mall shopping centre and Bedok Residences condominium, and located a short distance away from Bedok MRT station.
