Christine Arguello
Christine Marie Arguello (born July 15, 1955) is an American lawyer and jurist serving as a senior United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and is a former Colorado state official. Previously, she was a nominee to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She was inducted into the Colorado Women's Hall of Fame in 2014. Early life and education Born in Thatcher, Colorado, and raised in Buena Vista, Colorado, Arguello grew up the daughter of a railroad worker who housed his family for a time in a boxcar. Arguello earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1977, becoming the first member of her family to graduate college, and then she earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1980. Timothy Michael Tymkovich (born November 2, 1956) is an American lawyer who has served as a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit since 2003; serving as chief judge from 2015 to 2022. In November 2023, he was designated by Chief Justice John Roberts to serve as a judge of the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review. James M. Lyons (born January 6, 1947) is an attorney at law in Denver, Colorado. Early life and education James Lyons was born in Joliet, Illinois, on January 6, 1947, to Judge Michael Lyons and Helen Glass Lyons. He is the oldest of six children.
