Christian Philipp Müller
Christian Philipp Müller (born 2 November 1957) is a Swiss artist. Education and early work Müller was born in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, and attended the Farbe und Form (F+F) in Zurich from 1982 to 1983, where he studied Fine Arts and graphic design. From 1984 to 1989, he studied Fine Arts at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf, where he was a Master Student of Prof. Fritz Schwegler and Tutor to Prof. Kasper König. His first exhibition at Galerie Christian Nagel, ''Köln–Düsseldorf'' (Cologne–Düsseldorf), took place in Cologne in 1990. The next year, he had his first solo museum exhibition, ''Fixed Values'' (1991), at the Palais de Beaux-Arts, Brussels. For this exhibition, he presented a retrospective of his work. Fritz Schwegler
Fritz Schwegler (7 May 1935 – 3 June 2014) was a German painter, graphic artist, sculptor and musician. Life and work Born in the Swabian town of Börtlingen, Breech near Göppingen, Schwegler was first apprenticed as a joiner to his father. He then traveled through the whole of Europe for three years, where he visited 21 cities. As an artist, he first created image collages and spoken performances, entitled "Effeschiaden", "Effeschiadiana", "Effeschiaturen", "Moritafeln", "Zehnerschaften", "Viererreihen" and "Urnotizen", accompanied by photographs and film sequences. He later made wooden sculptures and a thousand from bronze. Schwegler exhibited at the documentas 5 and 8 in Kassel. In 1999 he received the Hans Thoma Prize, and in 2003 he was awarded the Bernhard Heiliger Award of Sculpture for outstanding achievements in the field of sculpture. Kasper König
Rudolf Hans "Kasper" König (; 21 November 1943 – 9 August 2024) was a German museum director and curator. He curated exhibitions of works by Claes Oldenburg and Andy Warhol in the 1960s, initiated the ''Skulptur Projekte Münster'' in the 1970s, founded the Portikus hall and became a professor at the Städelschule in Frankfurt in the 1980s, and was director of the Museum Ludwig in Cologne from 2000 to 2012. Andrea Rose Fraser (born 1965) is a performance artist, mainly known for her work in the area of institutional critique. Fraser is based in New York and Los Angeles and is a professor and area head of the Interdisciplinary Studio of the UCLA School of Arts and Architecture at the University of California, Los Angeles. Early life and career Fraser was born in Billings, Montana and grew up in Berkeley, California. She attended New York University, the Whitney Museum's independent study program, and the School of Visual Arts. Fraser worked as a gallery attendant at Dia Chelsea.
