The Cheile Bicazului - Hășmaș ('' Bicaz Gorges - Hășmaș Mountains'') National Park is located in north-eastern Romania, in the Eastern Carpathians mountain chain. The reservation territory is part of Neamț and Harghita counties. The park administration is located in Izvoru Mureșului, in Harghita County.
