Chaïne Staelens (born November 7, 1980, in Kortrijk, Belgium) is a volleyball Player (game), player, who plays as a wing-spiker for the Netherlands. She was a member of the Netherlands women's national volleyball team, Dutch National Women's Team that won the gold medal at the FIVB World Grand Prix 2007 in Ningbo, PR China. She is the older sister of Kim Staelens, who also plays for the national volleyball squad. Kortrijk ( , ; or ''Kortrik''; ), sometimes known in English as Courtrai or Courtray ( ), is a Belgian City status in Belgium, city and Municipalities in Belgium, municipality in the Flemish Region, Flemish Provinces of Belgium, province of West Flanders.
