Chaim Walder
Chaim Eliezer Walder (; 15 November 1968 – 27 December 2021) was an Israeli Haredi author of literature for children, adolescents, and adults. In 1993, he became an Israeli publishing sensation with his bestselling first book, ''Yeladim Mesaprim al Atzmam'' ( he, ילדים מספרים על עצמם, ''Children Tell About Themselves'', translated into English as ''Kids Speak''), which revolutionized literature for Haredi children by introducing young protagonists who speak openly about their problems and feelings, and opened the door for many more writers to produce original fiction for Haredi youth. Haifa
Haifa ( he, חֵיפָה ' ; ar, حَيْفَا ') is the third-largest city in Israel—after Jerusalem and Tel Aviv—with a population of in . Knesses Chizkiyahu
Knesses Chizkiyahu was one of the first Litvak yeshivas founded after the establishment of the State of Israel and one of the first Torah institutions in the northern part of the country. Founded in Zikhron Ya'akov in 1949, it relocated to Kfar Hasidim, adjacent to Rekhasim, in 1955, where it operates today with nearly 200 students and a kollel. Early history Knesses Chizkiyahu was founded by Rabbi Noah Shimonowitz, one of the greatest students of Rabbi Boruch Ber Leibowitz, who decided to open a yeshiva after surviving the Holocaust. He visited the Chazon Ish for his blessing and advice, and was told to seek a suitable location in the north of Israel, which at the time did not host any Torah institutions. Aryeh Klapper
Aryeh (Robert David) Klapper is a leading American rabbi and Jewish thinker who serves as dean of the Center for Modern Torah Leadership. He is Senior Dayan of the Boston Beit Din, co-founder of the Boston Agunah Taskforce, and Rosh Kollel of the Center for Modern Torah Leadership's student fellowship program, the Summer Beit Midrash. Klapper is known for his lectures, published academic and religious articles, and leadership in the Orthodox world. He was listed as one of Tablet Magazine's "Rabbis You Should Know" in 2014. A summer camp or sleepaway camp is a supervised program for children conducted during the summer summer vacation, months in some countries. Hebrew
Hebrew (; ; ) is a Northwest Semitic language of the Afroasiatic language family.
