Celldömölk
Celldömölk () is the fifth largest town in Vas County, Hungary. Parts of the Eragon movie were filmed here. The town with 11,000 inhabitants can be found in the centre of Kemenesalja Hills. History Celldömölk has a history older than 750 years. On the western boundaries of the town, there are the remains of the abbey built in the 12th century in Roman style. Before World War II, there was a large Jewish community. Celldömölk () is a district in eastern part of Vas County. ''Celldömölk'' is also the name of the town where the district seat is found. The district is located in the Western Transdanubia Statistical Region. Geography Celldömölk District borders with Kapuvár District and Csorna District ''( Győr-Moson-Sopron County)'' to the north, Pápa District and Devecser District ''(Veszprém County)'' to the east, Sümeg District ''(Veszprém County)'' to the south, Sárvár District to the west. Vas County
Vas (, ; ; or ; ) is an administrative county (Counties of Hungary, comitatus or ''vármegye'') of Hungary. It was also one of the counties of the former Kingdom of Hungary. Kati Piri (born 8 April 1979) is a Hungarian-born Dutch politician serving as a member of the House of Representatives since 2021. A member of the Labour Party (PvdA), she previously was a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) within the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats from 2014 until 2021. Career Piri was born in on 8 April 1979 in Celldömölk, Hungary. Gábor Császár (born 16 June 1984) is a Hungarian handball player for the Ceglédi KKSE. He made his full international debut on 17 January 2004 against Saudi Arabia. Just a few days later he was selected for the squad that represented Hungary on the 2004 European Championship. ''Eragon'' (stylized in all lowercase) is a 2006 fantasy adventure film directed by Stefen Fangmeier (in his directorial debut) and written by Peter Buchman, loosely based on Christopher Paolini's 2002 novel of the same name. Districts of Hungary are the second-level divisions of Hungary after counties. They replaced the 175 subregions of Hungary in 2013. There are 174 districts in the 19 counties, and there are 23 districts in Budapest. Districts of the 19 counties are numbered by Arabic numerals and named after the district seat, while districts of Budapest are numbered by Roman numerals and named after the historical towns and neighbourhoods.
