Catalogue Ariola 00–10 is the eighth compilation album by Buck-Tick, released on March 7, 2012. It compiles all of their singles released while signed to BMG/Funhouse and Ariola Japan, from 2000's "Glamorous" to 2010's "Kuchizuke". It and '' Catalogue Victor→Mercury 87–99'' were released on the same day in celebration of Buck-Tick's 25th anniversary. The regular edition also contained a DVD of each song's music video. A limited edition version contained a new re-recording of "Machine", two additional CDs, with track lists decided by fans voting on their special 25th anniversary website, the DVD, with additional material from several of their yearly televised Day in Question concerts throughout 2001–2009, and a 100-page photobook. Buck-Tick
Buck-Tick (stylized as BUCK-TICK) is a Japanese rock band formed in Fujioka, Gunma in 1983. The classic lineup of lead vocalist Atsushi Sakurai, lead guitarist Hisashi Imai, rhythm guitarist Hidehiko Hoshino, bassist Yutaka Higuchi and drummer Toll Yagami lasted from 1985 until 2023. Following Sakurai's death that year, Imai and Hoshino began sharing lead vocal duties. The band has experimented with many different genres of music throughout their four decade career, including punk rock, gothic rock and industrial rock. Buck-Tick are commonly credited as one of the main founders of the visual kei movement. The band has released twenty-four studio albums and forty-four singles as of 2024, nearly all reaching the top ten and twenty positions on the Japanese Oricon charts. Yume Miru Uchuu
is the 18th studio album by Japanese rock band Buck-Tick, released on September 19, 2012. It is their first on their own record label Lingua Sounda, which was founded the previous year. The album reached the number 14 position on the Oricon chart and number 12 on Billboard Japan, selling 19,807 copies. The album's cover art is based on Austrian painter Gustav Klimt's ''Gold Fish''. The limited edition version of ''Yume Miru Uchuu'' has a different cover based on the painting and came with a DVD of footage from the band's June 10, 2012 concert at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall. It also contained the promotional video for "Climax Together", which was filmed on August 5 at Shinjuku Loft in front of 300 fans. Fans who bought both of the album's singles, "Miss Take ~Boku wa Miss Take~" and "Elise no Tame ni", were chosen by lottery to win tickets to the video shoot.
