The Cartoon Network, Inc. (TCN) is an American multinational entertainment company operating as a unit of Warner Bros. Discovery. Founded by Ted Turner and based out of Atlanta, Georgia, its main properties include Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Discovery Family, and programming blocks Cartoonito, Adult Swim and Toonami. Michael Ouweleen (born 1967) is an American television executive and screenwriter.
