Caroline "Carol" Ferris is a fictional character appearing in the . She is one of many characters who has used the name Star Sapphire, and the long-time love interest of Hal Jordan, the Silver Age Green Lantern. In her role as Star Sapphire, Ferris has been active as both a supervillain and, more recently, as a superhero. Ivan Reis is a Brazilians, Brazilian comics artist. Extreme Justice is a monthly Justice League spin-off title in the DC Comics universe. It replaced the cancelled '' Justice League International'' (formerly '' Justice League Europe'') and ran for nineteen issues from 1994 to 1996. The Demolition Team are a fictional team of mercenaries in the DC Comics universe. They first appeared in ''Green Lantern'' #176 (May 1984) and were created by Len Wein and Dave Gibbons. Fictional character history In their initial appearance, Congressman Jason Bloch hired the Demolition Team to destroy the Los Angeles branch of Ferris Aircraft. The Ferris employees were virtually defenseless against the team and their state-of-the-art weaponry provided by the Monitor.
