Carlos Javier Pérez Hernandez is a T46 athlete from Spain who competes in the long jump. Personal Pérez is from La Palma in the Canary Islands. He is missing part of his right arm below the elbow. The 2013 World Para Athletics Championships, IPC Athletics World Championships was the biggest track and field competition for athletes with a disability since the 2012 Summer Paralympics.
