Carlos Gutiérrez (diplomat)
Carlos Gutiérrez was a Honduran diplomat and writer (Tegucigalpa Honduras 1818 - San Sebastián, Spain 1882). From 1848 on, he worked for several Central American countries in the United States, United States of America and was the Honduran consul to Great Britain. In 1873 he was sent to Spain to communicate Costa Rica and Guatemalan governments recognition to the Spanish Republic. In 1878 he saw his biography on Bartolomé de las Casas published, with a preface by Spanish former prime minister Emilio Castelar. References

Carlos Mario Gutiérrez (born 27 October 1953) is an Argentine politician, currently serving as National Deputy representing Córdoba Province since 2019. A member of the Justicialist Party, Gutiérrez forms part of the provincial '' Hacemos por Córdoba'' (HPC) alliance and presides over the Federal Córdoba bloc in the Chamber of Deputies. Political career Gutiérrez was a councilman in his hometown of Río Cuarto before serving as Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Food of Córdoba under Governor Juan Schiaretti from 2007 to 2011. Carlos Gutiérrez Ruíz (born 1963 in Mexico City) is a Mexican politician. He is Director General of the National Housing Commission of Mexico (). From 1992 to 1994 he was President of the Coordinating Council of the Metal Mechanics Industry. From 1994 to 1996 he was vice president of CANACINTRA, and served as president until 1998. The Syndical Federation of Bolivian Mineworkers (Spanish language, Spanish: ''Federación Sindical de Trabajadores Mineros de Bolivia''; FSTMB) is a trade union, labor union in Bolivia that represents miners. Bolivia's miners are commonly regarded as the country's most Class consciousness, class-conscious workers. The FSTMB has played an important role in Bolivia's recent history. The union emerged in the wake of a violent clash between government troops and striking tin, tin miners in Oruro Department, Oruro and Potosí Department, Potosí in 1942.
