Candy DeRouge
Wolfgang Detmann, better known as Candy de Rouge (sometimes credited as Alexandre DeRouge), is a German (born in Bad Neustadt an der Saale) producer and songwriter. He has worked extensively with the likes of Jennifer Rush, Celine Dion, Bonnie Bianco, Laura Branigan, Thomas Anders, Chris Norman, Falco, Helen Schneider, Sally Oldfield, The Window Speaks, Sue Schell and other international artists. He has been credited with co-writing " The Power of Love," which became a massive international success as a single for Rush, Branigan and Dion. He has more recently being involved with the projects of the Cooltown Studio. Thomas Anders
Bernd Weidung (born 1 March 1963), known by his stage name Thomas Anders, is a German singer, songwriter and record producer. He is best known as the lead vocalist of the pop duo Modern Talking. Starting his singing career while still in school, Anders unsuccessfully attempted to establish himself as a Schlager artist for several years. After forming the Eurodisco duo Modern Talking with Dieter Bohlen in 1983, they became a worldwide sensation with their hit " You're My Heart, You're My Soul". "The Power of Love" is a song co-written and originally recorded by American singer Jennifer Rush in 1984. It was released as the fifth single from her debut album, ''Jennifer Rush'' (1984), and has since been covered by Air Supply, Laura Branigan and Celine Dion. Helen Schneider (born December 23, 1952) is an American singer and actress working mainly in Germany. Life and career Helen Leslie Schneider was born in Brooklyn, New York City, the daughter of Dvora and Abraham Schneider. Schneider studied piano before forming her own blues band and playing in venues throughout New England and New York. She's had a varied career in music, theater, recording, literature and film. Between 1978 and 1984, she achieved success as a rock singer in Germany; her song "Rock 'n' Roll Gypsy" reached the top 10 record charts and she received a Gold Record Award and shared the Goldene Europa Award with John Lennon.
