Calgary Southeast
Calgary Southeast was a federal electoral district in Alberta, Canada, that was represented in the House of Commons of Canada from 1988 to 2015. The district was in the southeast part of the city of Calgary. It was bounded by the city limits to the south and east. History The electoral district was created in 1987 from the ridings of Calgary East, Bow River and Calgary South, all of which were disestablished. In 1996, parts were transferred from this electoral district to Calgary East, a riding that was re-established. Calgary Midnapore is a federal electoral district (Canada), electoral district in Alberta, Canada, that has been represented in the House of Commons of Canada since 2015. It has been represented by Stephanie Kusie since she won the 2017 Calgary Midnapore federal by-election, 2017 by-election. Calgary Midnapore was created by the Canadian federal electoral redistribution, 2012, 2012 federal electoral boundaries redistribution and was legally defined in the 2013 representation order. It came into effect upon the call of the 42nd Canadian federal election, which was held in October 2015. Lee Richardson (politician)
Lee Richardson (born October 31, 1947) is a Canadian businessman and politician. He served as the member of Parliament for the riding of Calgary Southeast from 1988 to 1993 as a member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada and for Calgary Centre from 2004 to 2012. He resigned from the House of Commons in 2012 to accept an appointment as principal secretary to the Premier of Alberta. Education Richardson was born in North Battleford, Saskatchewan. He was educated at the University of Calgary and the University of Alberta. He also attended Oxford University in England. Janet Corinne Brown (born June 23, 1947) is a former Canadian politician. She was first elected as a member of Parliament under the Reform Party of Canada ticket in the Alberta riding of Calgary Southeast in the 1993 federal election. Frederick Paul Fromm (born January 3, 1949) is a Canadian former high school teacher, white supremacist, neo-Nazi, and perennial political candidate. Fromm is the international director of the white supremacist organization Council of Conservative Citizens and is the director of several far-right groups in Canada, most notably the Canadian Association for Free Expression, Citizens for Foreign Aid Reform and the Canada First Immigration Reform Committee.
