The Cabinet of Ľudovít Ódor was the 13th government of Slovakia. It was a technocrat caretaker government composed of experts appointed by President Zuzana Čaputová on 15 May 2023. On 15 June, the National Council (Slovakia), National Council did not express confidence in the government. Ódor's Cabinet remained in power as interim government with restricted powers until it was succeeded by Fico's Fourth Cabinet following the snap election 2023 Slovak parliamentary election, held on 30 September. Cabinet Of Eduard Heger
The Cabinet of Eduard Heger was the 12th government of Slovakia, led by Prime Minister Eduard Heger. It was originally a four-party majority coalition government composed of Ordinary People and Independent Personalities (OĽaNO), We Are Family, Freedom and Solidarity (SaS), and For the People. Following a coalition crisis in summer of 2022, SaS left the government, which resulted in a minority government. The Cabinet was appointed by the President of Slovakia Zuzana Čaputová on 1 April 2021 and was approved by the National Council on 4 May 2021. It was formed after the previous Prime Minister Igor Matovič and his government had resigned, ending a month-long coalition crisis which started because of a controversial Sputnik V COVID-19 vaccine purchase by Matovič. Pavol Lančarič
Pavol Lančarič (born 31 May 1963) is a Slovak Manager, who was the CEO of Orange Slovensko for 20 years. From May to October 2023, he served as the Minister of Transportation of Slovakia. Lančarič was born on 31 May 1963 in Bojnice. He studied commerce at the University of Economics in Bratislava, graduating in 1985. He obtained a PhD from the same university in 1991. Following his graduation he worked for the Deloitte, Tchibo and Rheinische Post. He spent most of his career at the Slovak branch of the global mobile network Orange, which he led as its CEO from 1999 to 2019. Michal Horváth (economist)
Michal Horváth (born 1979) is a Slovak economist and civil servant. From May to October 2023, he served as the Minister of Finance of Slovakia. Previously he served as the chief economist of the National Bank of Slovakia, Member of the Council for Budget Responsibility and Advisor to Finance and Labour Ministers. In addition, he was a lecturer at the University of York and a researcher at the Nuffield College, Oxford. Biography Horváth was born in Dunajská Streda. Martin Sklenár
Martin Sklenár (born 15 July 1980) is a Slovak civil servant who served as minister of defence of Slovakia from May until October 2023. Early life and education Sklenár graduated from Matej Bel University in 2003, studying international relations. Ivan Šimko
Ivan Šimko (born 1 January 1955) is Slovakia, Slovak politician and former defense and interior affairs minister. A founding member of the Christian Democratic Movement (KDH) in 1990, Šimko left to co-found the Slovak Democratic and Christian Union in 2000. After a disagreement with Prime Minister Mikuláš Dzurinda, he led a group of MPs to form the Free Forum in January 2004. He surprisingly lost the party's leadership election two months later to Zuzana Martináková, and he left in October 2004 to form Mission 21 – New Christian Democracy.
