The Second Cabinet of Stevča Mihailović was a cabinet of the Principality of Serbia that was formed on May 6, 1876, and dissolved on October 13, 1878. This Cabinet saw some of the most decisive moments in the history of Modern Serbia, such as Serbian–Ottoman War (1876–78), wars with the Ottoman Empire that finally led to the full independence of Serbia from the Ottomans. In 1876, this cabinet Declaration of independence, declared the independence of Serbia and a Serbian–Ottoman War (1876–78), War on the Ottoman Empire. This led to the Berlin Congress, Berlin piece Congress, in which the peace was established, and Serbia got its full International recognition, internationally recognized independence and territorial expansion. Principality Of Serbia
The Principality of Serbia () was an autonomous, later sovereign state in the Balkans that came into existence as a result of the Serbian Revolution, which lasted between 1804 and 1817. Its creation was negotiated first through an unwritten agreement between Miloš Obrenović, leader of the Second Serbian Uprising, and Ottoman official Marashli Pasha. It was followed by the series of legal documents published by the Sublime Porte in 1828, 1829 and finally, 1830—the Hatt-i Sharif. Its ''de facto'' independence ensued in 1867, following the evacuation of the remaining Ottoman troops from the Belgrade Fortress and the country; its independence was recognized internationally in 1878 by the Treaty of Berlin. Vladimir Jovanović ( sr-cyr, Владимир Јовановић; 28 September 1833 – 3 March 1922) was a Serbian political theorist, economist, politician, philosopher, political and literary writer and activist for the unification of all Serbian lands in the Balkans. Biography Jovanović was educated at the Universities of Vienna, Berlin in agricultural and economic sciences, and Belgrade, where he stayed at the home of his father's relatives, the brothers Dimitrije and Matija Matić. Abroad, he attended the lectures of Karl Heinrich Rau's son Ludwig at Hohenhaven Agricultural Academy and Wilhelm Georg Friedrich Roscher in Vienna.
