CS Crișul Aleșd
Club Sportiv Crișul Aleșd, commonly known as Crișul Aleșd, is a Romanian professional football club based in Aleșd, Romania, founded in 1921. Currently the team plays in Liga IV – Bihor County. History Crișul Aleșd was established in 1921, under the name of ''Stăruința Aleșd'', but mostly played at the level of regional and county leagues. The first important performance of the "white and blues" was during the 1973–74 Cupa României season, when they achieved Round of 32, where they were eliminated by Universitatea Cluj, top-flight team at that time, score 0–6. Crișul won its first and last 4th tier title at the end of the 1996–97 season and qualified for the promotion play-offs, where they won 2–0 against AC Recaș, the Timiș County champions. Crișul survived for five consecutive seasons at the level of Divizia C, before it withdrew and enrolled back in the county leagues, due to financial reasons. The Liga 3, most often spelled as Liga III, is the third level of the Romanian football league system. It was founded in 1936 and was called Divizia C until 2006. Iosif Erdei
Iosif Erdei (15 August 1974 – 6 December 2014) was a Romanian footballer who played as a midfielder. Career At the age of 14, Erdei was already in the team for his hometown club Minerul Șuncuiuș, and at the age of 18 he moved to Crișul Aleșd. In 1993 he moved to FC Bihor Oradea in the second division Divizia B, and during his military service he also briefly played for UTA Arad. Adrian Gheorghe Anca (born 27 March 1976) is a former Romanian football striker and manager. Playing career Anca, nicknamed ''Caniggia'' was born on 27 March 1976 in Diosig, Romania, starting to play football in 1998 at Divizia C club, Crișul Aleșd. In 2001 he went to play at Divizia B level, signing with IS Campia Turzii. 1998–99 Cupa României
The 1998–99 Cupa României was the 61st edition of Romania's most prestigious football cup competition. The title was won by FCSB against Rapid București. Format The competition is an annual knockout tournament. First round proper matches are played on the ground of the lowest ranked team, then from the second round proper the matches are played on a neutral location.
