CSM Câmpia Turzii (men's Volleyball)
Clubul Sportiv Municipal Câmpia Turzii was a Romanian professional football club from Câmpia Turzii, Cluj County, Romania, founded in 1921 and dissolved in 2021. Throughout the years, the club has had five other names, ''Metalul'', ''Industria Sârmei'', ''Energia'', ''Mechel'' and ''Seso''. History The club was founded in 1921 as Industria Sârmei and played in the district and regional championship. In 1936–37 season played in Divizia C finishing 5th out of 6 in the Series II of the North League and in 1937–38 season won the promotion to Divizia B. With the name of ''Metalul'', the team from Campia Turzii, played for two years in the Liga I, their best performance being 12th place in the 1952 season. It was the fifth club representing Divizia B which reached the Romanian Cup final, which was lost with 0–2 against Progresul Oradea. Stadionul Mihai Adam
Stadionul Mihai Adam is a multi-use stadium in Câmpia Turzii, Romania. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of CSM Câmpia Turzii. The stadium holds 2,700 people. The name of the stadium is in honour of footballer Mihai Adam, who was born in Câmpia Turzii and started his career at IS Câmpia Turzii. He scored 160 goals in 353 Romanian First League Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1 and officially known as SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons, is a professional association football league in Romania and the highest level of the Romanian football league system. 2009–10 Liga III
The 2009–10 Liga III season was the 54th season of Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season started on August 21, 2009 and ended on June 4, 2010. The winners of each division got promoted to the 2010–11 Liga II season. The bottom six from each division were relegated at the end of the season to the county football leagues (Liga IV). From the 12th placed teams, another one was relegated. To determine this team, separate standings were computed, using only the games played against the clubs ranked 1st through 11th. The 1953 Divizia B was the 14th season of the second tier of the Romanian football league system. The format with two series has been maintained, but each of them being expanded from 12 to 16. At the end of the season the winners of the series and one second place promoted to Divizia A and only the teams which had organizational problems relegated to District Championship, because the series would be expanded from the next season. 1947–48 Divizia B
The 1947–48 Divizia B was the ninth season of the second tier of the Romanian football league system. The format was changed from three series to four series, each one of them having 16 teams. The winners of the series were supposed to promote in the Liga I, Divizia A, but finally only two of them promoted. Next season (1948–49) the format would be changed again, this time in two series of 14 teams, therefore in this season relegated all the teams ranked below the 7th place, a total of 36 teams (9x4) plus the worst two ranked on the 7th place. 1940–41 Divizia B
The 1940–41 Divizia B was the seventh season of the second tier of the Romanian football league system. The league included 26 teams divided in three regional series. Many changes in the composition of the series were caused by the beginning of World War II. It was the last official season of Divizia B until 1946, when the league was resumed. The seasons played during World War II are not considered official. Also, promotions and relegations were not feasible this season because Liga I, Divizia A and Liga III, Divizia C were also suspended for the next 5 years.
