Volunteer editors of Wikipedia delete articles from the online encyclopedia regularly, following processes that have been formulated by the Wikipedia community, site's community over time. The most common route is the outright deletion of articles that clearly violate the rules of the website (speedy deletion). Other mechanisms include an intermediate collaborative process that bypasses a complete discussion (proposed deletion or PROD), and a whole debate at the dedicated forum called Articles for deletion (AfD). Client-side decoration (CSD) is the concept of allowing a graphical application software to be responsible for drawing its own window decorations, historically the responsibility of the window manager. Sometimes client-side decoration is used to refer to the applications that don't have a traditional title bar. However, this is a misuse of the phrase, as even applications that have a basic title bar can be client side decorated. By using client-side decoration rather than traditional server-side decoration, applications are able to draw their own title bar, which allows for a wide range of possibilities to customize window decorations and add additional functionality (graphical control elements) into what otherwise would be a typical window manager bar with much empty space in the maximized windows. In communications, Circuit Switched Data (CSD) (also named GSM data) is the original form of data transmission developed for the time-division multiple access (TDMA)-based mobile phone systems like Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM). In later years, High Speed Circuit Switched Data (HSCSD) was developed providing increased data rates over conventional CSD. After 2010 many telecommunication carriers dropped support for CSD and HSCSD, having been superseded by GPRS and EDGE (E-GPRS). Technical CSD uses a single radio time slot to deliver 9.6 kbit/s data transmission to the GSM network switching subsystem where it could be connected through the equivalent of a normal modem to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), allowing direct calls to any dial-up service. The non-adjacent form (NAF) of a number is a unique signed-digit representation, in which non-zero values cannot be adjacent. The Citrus stubborn disease is a plant disease affecting species in the genus ''Citrus''. The causative agent of the agent of the disease is '' Spiroplasma citri'', a Mollicute bacterium species.
