Club Natació Montjuïc is a Spanish sports club from Barcelona established in 1944. The club has sections of swimming (sport), swimming. Underwater diving, diving, tennis, triathlon, track and field, pétanque and water polo. Daniel Ballart
Daniel Ballart Sans (born 17 March 1973) is a water polo player from Spain. He was a member of the national team that won the gold medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. Four years earlier, when his home town of Barcelona hosted the Games, he was on the side that captured the silver medal. In total Ballart played in four consecutive Summer Olympics for his native country. In the 2019/2020 season he coached the Egyptian giants and champions Gezira Sporting Club in Egypt. Salvador Gómez (water Polo)
Salvador E. Gómez Agüero (born 11 March 1968 in Santander, Cantabria) is a former water polo player from Spain. He was a member of the national team that won the gold medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. Four years earlier, when Barcelona hosted the Summer Olympics, he was on the squad that captured the silver medal. Gómez, nicknamed ''Chava'', competed in five Summer Olympics from 1988 to 2004. He is among four Spanish water polo players, all in the 1992 and 1996 medal winning teams, to have competed at five Olympics – the others are Manuel Estiarte, Chiqui Sans and Jesús Rollán. He made his debut for the national side at the 1987 European Championships in Strasbourg. With the Spanish national team he also won the world title twice, in Perth 1998 and Fukuoka 2001. Sergio López Miró
Sergio López Miró (born August 15, 1968) is a former international top swimmer from Spain, who won the bronze medal in the 200 meters breaststroke at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul. He competed in college for Indiana University and American University. López served as the head coach for the men's and women's swim teams at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, he became the head swimming coach at The Bolles School in Jacksonville, Florida and coached several swimmers onto the U.S. national team. This includes Ariana Kukors, Charlie Houchin, Ryan Murphy and also Singapore’s Joseph Schooling. He was appointed head coach of Singapore Swimming as well as an adviser coach of the coaching academy of the Singapore Sports Institute, with his term starting on January 1, 2015. Orvosegyetem SC
Orvosegyetem Sport Club is a Hungarian professional water polo club from Budapest established in 1957 in the Semmelweis University. The club's peak was the 1970s. Orvosegyetem won six national championships in a row between 1969 and 1974, and in 1973 it won the European Cup, beating 4-times champion Partizan Belgrade in the final. In 1974 and 1975 also reached the European Cup's final, but lost to MGU Moscow and Partizan respectively. In 1976 it played its fourth European final, losing the Cup Winners' Cup to Mladost Zagreb. In 1978 and 1979 the team culminated its golden era winning its seventh national championship and its second European Cup.
