Centre Natació Mataró is a Catalan sports club from Mataró, Barcelona created in 1932. It is active in swimming, water polo, table tennis and triathlon A triathlon is an endurance multisport race consisting of Swimming (sport), swimming, Cycle sport, cycling, and running over various distances. Triathletes compete for fastest overall completion time, racing each segment sequentially with the .... The men's and women's water polo teams play in the División de Honor Masculina and the División de Honor Femenina respectively. The male team played LEN competitions for the first time in the 2003–04 LEN Trophy, while the female team made its debut in the 2009–10 LEN Trophy. División De Honor De Waterpolo
The Spanish water polo championship has been contested since 1912. The current league format was introduced in 1965. The top division is currently known as the División de Honor and consists of twelve clubs. The current champions (2024–25 season) are CN Atlètic-Barceloneta from Barcelona. Competition Format The División de Honor season takes place between October and May, with every team playing each other home and away for a total of 22 matches. Points are awarded according to the following: *3 points for a win *1 points for a draw The team with the highest number of points at the end of 22 rounds of matches become champions. Promotion and relegation The bottom team in the standings at the end of the season is relegated to Primera División, while the top team from Primera División is promoted. Víctor Fernández (water Polo Player)
Víctor Fernández Braulio (born 28 November 1960) is a Spanish football manager. He had four spells with his hometown team Zaragoza, winning the Copa del Rey in 1994 and the Cup Winners' Cup a year later. He also led Tenerife, Celta, Real Betis and Deportivo de La Coruña in La Liga, and won the Intercontinental Cup in a brief spell at Porto in 2004.
