CBS Sports Radio
Infinity Sports Network is an American sports radio network. It debuted as CBS Sports Radio with hourly sports news updates on September 4, 2012, and with 24/7 programming on January 2, 2013. Infinity Sports Network is programmed by Audacy, Inc. and distributed by Westwood One. Programming on the network featured reporters and personalities from CBS Sports, CBS Sports Network, and CBSSports.com. Infinity Sports Network is broadcast throughout the United States on radio affiliates and streamed online. From launch until November 17, 2017, it was operated by CBS Radio until its merger with Entercom. Entercom, which later became Audacy, Inc., continued to manage the network under a licensing agreement with CBS. The rights to the CBS logo, but not the name, expired at the end of 2019; the rights to the CBS cross-branding—which had originally been scheduled to expire at the end of 2020, ended on April 15, 2024. WFAS (1230 AM, HD Radio) was a commercial digital-only radio station licensed to serve White Plains, New York. The station was owned by Cumulus Media and broadcast with 1,000 watts from its studios and transmitter site on Secor Road, in Hartsdale, New York. At the time of its closure, WFAS aired a conservative talk radio format with programming from Westwood One, which is itself owned by Cumulus Media. News updates were supplied by USA Radio News. KESP (970 AM) is a sports radio station in Modesto, California, United States. The station serves Modesto, Stockton, Lodi, and surrounding communities of the northern San Joaquin Valley. It is owned by Cumulus Media. Its studios are in Stockton, and its transmitter is located in Modesto. KESP is the flagship station of the Modesto Nuts of the Low-A West baseball league, and the flagship station of Pacific Tigers college basketball team. ''The Jim Rome Show'' is an American sports radio talk show hosted by Jim Rome. It airs live for three hours each weekday from 12pm to 3pm Pacific Time. The show is produced in Los Angeles, syndicated by Westwood One, and can be heard on affiliate radio stations in the U.S. and Canada. History ''The Jim Rome Show'' began on XTRA Sports 690 in San Diego. In 1996, Premiere Radio Networks picked up the program for national syndication.
