Sergei Karasev
Sergei Gennadyevich Karasev (; born 12 June 1979) is a Russian international referee. Refereeing career Karasev became a FIFA referee in 2010. He has refereed at 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, beginning with the Group A match between Scotland and Macedonia. At UEFA Euro 2020, he refereed three matches starting with Italy against Switzerland. In particular, he became the first Russian referee to be appointed to referee a World Cup or a UEFA Euro play-off match since 2008. He was often recognized as the best Russian referee. Qemal Stafa Stadium
The Qemal Stafa Stadium (), named after Qemal Stafa (1920–1942), a World War II hero, was a national stadium and the largest football stadium in Tirana, Albania. Construction started in 1939 and the stadium was inaugurated in 1946 for the Balkan Cup, which was won by the Albania national football team. The stadium has been used for football matches of the Albanian Superliga and the national team, athletic events, and the six Albanian Spartakiads. Although it was enlarged in 1974 to accommodate up to 30,549 spectators, in the 1990s it became an all-seater stadium, and its capacity was reduced to 19,700. Michael Rico Lang (born 8 February 1991) is a Swiss former professional footballer, best known for his time as defender of Swiss Super League club FC Basel, for whom he's played 263 games. He also played for FC St. Gallen and Grasshopper Club Zürich in Switzerland, as well as Borussia Mönchengladbach and Werder Bremen in Germany. Xherdan Shaqiri (; born 10 October 1991) is a Swiss professional footballer who plays as a winger for Swiss Super League club Basel. Shaqiri rose through the youth ranks at Basel. Hamdi Abdullah Salihi (born 19 January 1984) is an Albanian retired professional footballer who played as a forward. He is the assistant manager of Albania. Howard Melton Webb MBE (born 14 July 1971) is an English former professional football referee who officiated primarily in the Premier League from 2003 to 2014, as well as for FIFA as a FIFA international referee from 2005 to 2014.
