Belmont is a town in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. It is a western suburb of Boston, Massachusetts, United States; and is part of the Greater Boston metropolitan area. At the time of the 2020 U.S. Census, the town's population stood at 27,295, up 10.4% from 2010. Belmont High School (Belmont, Massachusetts)
Belmont High School is a four-year public high school in Belmont, Massachusetts, United States. The new school building was opened in 2021. The school had 1,309 students enrolled and a student/teacher ratio of 16.8:1 in the 2020–2021 school year. The second part of the building, which will serve as the Belmont Middle School, is scheduled to open in the fall of 2023. Belmont High is ranked #211 in the National Rankings and #6 in Massachusetts by USNews, and also earned a gold medal.
