Beijing Sport University Football Club (), commonly known as BSU (), is a Chinese professional football club that currently participates in the China League One division under license from the Chinese Football Association (CFA). The team is based in Beijing and their home stadium is the Olympic Sports Center (Beijing) that has a seating capacity of 36,228. Their current majority shareholder is the conglomerate Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited. History Beijing Baxy&Shengshi F.C. was founded in 2004 by former Chinese footballers Guo Weiwei, Wang Tao and Guo Weijian as an amateur football club. By 2009 the club's youth team were considered good enough to take part in professional football and the club entered the third tier of Chinese football at the beginning of the 2009 China League Two season. Goran Tomić
Goran Tomić (; born 18 March 1977) is a Croatian professional football manager and former player who is currently the manager of UAE Pro League club Al Nasr SC. He started his managerial career with his hometown club HNK Šibenik in the Prva HNL in 2011. His previous managerial successes came while at Lokomotiva between 2017 and 2021 and HNK Rijeka between 2021 and 2022. Playing career Tomić started his professional football career at his hometown club HNK Šibenik in the Croatian Prva HNL where he grew up no more than 50 meters away from the Šubićevac Stadium. He progressed through all the age groups within the club before finally breaking into the first team in 1994. In 1997 he moved to Vicenza which paid €700,000 for his services. He played just under 30 games in Serie A for both Reggina and Vicenza scoring three goals in the process. Su Maozhen
Su Maozhen (; born 30 July 1972) is a Chinese football coach and former international player. As a player, he spent his whole career with Shandong Luneng as a striker where he won several league and cups with them as well as being a regular for the Chinese national team, playing at the 2002 FIFA World Cup. After his retirement as a player he eventually moved into management where he started off as an assistant before becoming the head coach of the China under-20 national team. Club career Early on in his career, Su had two brief trial periods with Manchester United in the 1989–90 and 1991–92 seasons, during which he made a number of appearances for the Junior A team alongside future stars such as Ryan Giggs, David Beckham and Paul Scholes. Rajko Vidović
Rajko Vidović (born 4 March 1975) is a Croatian-Bosnian retired football forward who last played for Dugo Selo in Croatia's Treća HNL. He is currently manager of Croatian third-tier side Sesvete. Club career During his professional career he mainly played for clubs in Croatia's Prva HNL. He also spent one season in China and two seasons in Vietnam. Managerial career Vidović took charge of Maksimir in January 2016 after leaving his post at Dugo Selo, where he had replaced Milivoj Bračuna in August 2015. In November 2017 he was appointed at Trnje. In January 2022 he was named manager of Lučko, replacing Perica Vidak. Cheick Tioté
Cheick Ismaël Tioté (; 21 June 1986 – 5 June 2017) was an Ivorian professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. After playing youth football for FC Bibo in his hometown of Yamoussoukro, he made his professional debut in 2005 with Belgian First Division A club Anderlecht. In 2008, following a loan at Roda JC, he joined Eredivisie club FC Twente, winning the title in his second season. In August 2010, he signed for Premier League club Newcastle United in England for a fee of £3.5 million. Tioté played 156 games for Newcastle over six-and-a-half seasons, scoring one goal. In February 2017, he joined China League One club Beijing Enterprises Group. He died of cardiac arrest in June 2017, during a training session, aged 30. Tioté played 55 times for the Ivory Coast national football team from 2009 to 2015, scoring once.
