''Be Lifted High'' is the second live album by California-based worship collective Bethel Music. The album was released on February 15, 2011 by Kingsway Music alongside the group's imprint label, Bethel Music. Jeremy Edwardson worked on the production of the album. The album was recorded live at Bethel Church in Redding, California and includes a DVD containing interviews about worship with Bethel Church pastors Bill Johnson and Kris Vallotton as well as Bethel Music artists such as Brian and Jenn Johnson, Jeremy Riddle and others. Critical reception James Christopher Monger of AllMusic rated the album three and a half stars out of five, saying that the songs are "bolstered by an enthusiastic crowd and the top-notch production values that listeners have come to expect from the series." Bethel Music is an American music label and worship movement from Redding, California, originating out of Bethel Church (Redding, California), Bethel Church where they started making music in 2001. Bethel Music has grown from being a local church music ministry to a global outreach made up of a collective of songwriters, artists and musicians. They focus on producing worship songs and albums that are largely written and recorded by members of their Artist Collective. Brian Johnson (American Musician)
Brian Mark Johnson (born March 17, 1978) is an American contemporary worship musician and worship pastor. He is the president and co-founder of Bethel Music, as well as a member of its Artist Collective and is one-half of the husband-and-wife worship duo, Brian & Jenn Johnson. He is also a senior worship pastor at Bethel Church in Redding, California, and a Senior Overseer of WorshipU, an online school of worship under Bethel Music which he co-founded with Jenn Johnson. Chris Quilala is an American Christian musician and worship leader with the Jesus Culture band and formerly with the Bethel Music collective. He primarily plays Christian pop and contemporary worship music. Personal life Quilala met his future wife, Alyssa Gulino, when she was seventeen and he was twenty-five while they were in a church in Pasadena. They have five children together: Ella, Aria, Jethro (''d.'' 2014), Liv and Maddex. William Matthews (musician)
William Irvin Matthews (born November 5, 1983) is an American Christian musician. He started his music career in 2011, with the release of '' Hope's Anthem'', by Bethel Music alongside Kingsway Music. Early life Matthews was born William Irvin Matthews on November 5, 1983, in the city of Detroit to a father who was a preacher and a mother who was a choir director. At 12 years old, he moved with his family to Raleigh, North Carolina, where he started honing his acumen as a songwriter. His baptism occurred when he was 18 years old. Amanda Lindsey Cook (born Amanda Falk; May 8, 1984), also known as Falcon (since 2020) is a Canadian singer, songwriter, and contemporary Christian music recording artist from Niverville, Manitoba. Timothy David Llewelyn Hughes (born 23 July 1977) is a British worship leader, singer, songwriter, and Anglican priest. Formerly the director of worship at Holy Trinity Brompton, a large Anglican church in central London, he has since been ordained as a minister in the Church of England and appointed Vicar of St Luke's, Gas Street Birmingham.
