Bryant Jennings (born September 25, 1984) is an American former professional boxer. He challenged once for the unified world heavyweight titles in 2015, and the WBA interim heavyweight title in the same year. He holds a notable win over former world heavyweight champion Siarhei Liakhovich. Amateur career Jennings had an amateur record of 13–4 including a win over future UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic. He reached the finals of the 2009 National Golden Gloves tournament, losing by decision to veteran Lenroy Thompson. Professional career Early career Jennings made his professional debut on February 26, 2010. He beat Zeferino Albino by unanimous decision over four rounds. Ismaikel "Mike" Perez (born 20 October 1985) is a Cuban-Irish professional boxer. He has challenged once for the WBC cruiserweight title in 2017. At regional level, he has held multiple heavyweight and cruiserweight championships; and won the Prizefighter series in 2011. Background Perez was a successful amateur boxer in Cuba. In 2005, while competing with the Cuban team at a tournament in Liverpool, he caught the eye of Irish boxing promoter Gary Hyde. Hyde later expressed his desire to turn Perez professional, and to do that he had to arrange his defection from Cuba. Artur Szpilka (; born 12 April 1989) is a Polish professional boxer and mixed martial artist. He has challenged once for the WBC heavyweight title in 2016. He holds a notable win over former two-weight world champion Tomasz Adamek. Early life Szpilka was born in Wieliczka, Poland in 1989. He has said he was a football hooligan before a local boxing coach suggested he should take up boxing instead. As an amateur, Szpilka won the Polish national heavyweight title and reached the quarterfinals of the Junior world championships before turning professional in 2008. In October 2009 when he was 20 years old, he was arrested for being involved in a brawl between rival football fans and spent 18 months in prison. Suliasi Tupou Ahio (born 3 August 1982), better known as Bowie Tupou, is an Australian professional boxer. Tupou has peaked at 13th in the WBO rankings after winning the WBO African title against Hunter Sam in March 2015. Tupou lost the title in August 2015 against Joseph Parker. Early life Tupou moved to Mt Druitt at age of 11, then to Newtown, New South Wales when he got married.
