Worth Township is one of 29 townships in Cook County, Illinois. As of the 2020 census, its population was 152,934, with its most populous municipalities including Oak Lawn (pop. 58,362), Evergreen Park (19,943), Alsip (pop. 19,063), and Chicago Ridge (pop. 14,433). It is the second oldest African American incorporated town in the north following Brooklyn, Illinois, and was home to the country's first black-owned airport, Robbins Airport.
