Brad Wilkerson
Stephen Bradley Wilkerson (born June 1, 1977) is an American former professional baseball outfielder and first baseman who played eight seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB). Wilkerson played college baseball for the University of Florida, and was selected by the Montreal Expos in the first round of the 1998 MLB draft. During his major league career, Wilkerson played for the Montreal Expos / Washington Nationals, Boston Red Sox, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners, and Toronto Blue Jays. He also won a gold medal in the 2000 Olympics with the United States. Wilkerson became a coach after retiring as a player. He is currently the associate head coach of the North Florida Ospreys. An outfielder is a person playing in one of the three defensive positions in baseball or softball, farthest from the batter. These defenders are the left fielder, the center fielder, and the right fielder. Apollo High School is a high school that is part of the Daviess County Public Schools district, located in Owensboro, Kentucky, Owensboro, Kentucky, United States. The 2023 New York Yankees season was the 121st season for the New York Yankees franchise. The North Florida Ospreys baseball team represents the University of North Florida in the sport of baseball. The Ospreys compete in NCAA Division I, Division I of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA), in the ASUN Conference (A-Sun).
