The Pyrenees are a mountain range straddling the border of France and Spain. Port Ainé is a ski resort located in Rialp, in the Catalan Pyrenees, inaugurated in 1986. The ski area extends from 1,650 to 2,440 meters. ''Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici'' National Park (, ), is one of the fifteen Spanish national parks, and the only one located in Catalonia.
