Yountville ( or ) is a city in Napa County, in the Wine Country of California, United States. Located in the North Bay region of the Bay Area, the population was 3,436 at the 2020 census. Almost a third of the town's population lives at the Veterans Home of California. ''Bouchon Bakery'' is a 2012 cookbook written by American chef Thomas Keller and Sebastien Rouxel. The cookbook's pastry recipes are based on those from Keller's restaurant Bouchon Bakery, where co-author Rouxel works as a pastry chef. Napa Valley is an American Viticultural Area (AVA) located in Napa County in California's Wine Country. It was established by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) on January 27, 1981.
