Bonsound is an artist management company, a record label, a booking agency, a concert promoter and a promotion & publicity agency. Bonsound also operate two subsidiary: Bonsound Concerts, an event promoter featuring artists from Montreal and abroad; and Bonsound Promo, an agency which promotes projects not directly linked to Bonsound. History Founded in October 2004 by Gourmet Délice, Jean-Christian Aubry and Yanick Masse, Bonsound won the award for management company of the year at the industry gala of L'ADISQ (2008, 2013 and 2014). Lisa LeBlanc
Lisa LeBlanc (born August 13, 1990), is a Canadian singer-songwriter and banjoist, known for her enthusiastic "trash folk" performances. She has been noted for her "distinct" blend of folk, rock, and disco with both English and French language lyrics combined with chiac and her Acadian accent. Philippe B is a francophone singer-songwriter based in Montreal. Biography Born Philippe Bergeron in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, Canada, Philippe B is the former lead vocalist for Gwenwed. He was also a session guitarist for Pierre Lapointe on his eponymous album. He released his first self-titled solo album in 2005 on label Proxenett Records. That same year he played at the ''Festival de musique emergente'' in Abitibi-Témiscamingue, where he also played the song ''Philadelphia'' for television show ''Mange ta ville''. Radio Radio is a Canadian electro hip-hop band formed in 2007 from Clare, Nova Scotia, and Moncton, New Brunswick Canada. The duo rap in Chiac, an Acadian French dialect. History The hip-hop/rap group Jacobus et Maleco, from Clare in St. Mary's Bay, Nova Scotia, was formed in 2001 by Jacques Alphonse Doucet alias Jacobus, Marc Comeau alias Maleco, and Alexandre Bilodeau alias DJ Alexandre.
