Bonifacio Global City
Bonifacio Global City, also known as BGC, Global City, or The Fort, is a 240-hectare mixed-use estate and central business district located in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig, Philippines. It is the home of the Philippine Stock Exchange, the national stock exchange as well as several multinational corporations in the country. Some of the tallest buildings in the Philippines are located in BGC such as the Metrobank Center, the country's tallest building. The district experienced commercial growth following the sale of a military base at Fort Bonifacio by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA). BGC used to be a part of the main camp of the Philippine Army known as Fort Bonifacio. In 1995, Bonifacio Land Corporation (BLC) started planning a major urban development—Bonifacio Global City. Burgos Circle
Burgos Circle, also known as Padre Burgos Circle, is a traffic circle within the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. It was developed as part of the Forbes Town Center mixed-use development by Megaworld Corporation and named after José Burgos, one of the martyred priests collectively known as Gomburza. Forbestown Road, 1st Avenue, 2nd Avenue, and 29th Street intersect at the circle. Fort Andres Bonifacio (formerly Fort William McKinley) is the site of the national headquarters of the Philippine Army (Headquarters Philippine Army or HPA) located in Taguig, Philippines. Pateros, officially the Municipality of Pateros (; ), is the lone municipality of the Philippines, municipality of Metropolitan Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 65,227 people. The Enlisted Men's Barrio, commonly known as Embo (stylized in all caps as EMBO), is a collective term for ten barangays in Taguig, Philippines. It is made up of barangays Cembo, Comembo, East Rembo, Pembo, Pitogo, Rizal, South Cembo and West Rembo, as well as the two Inner Fort barangays: Post Proper Northside and Post Proper Southside. Post Proper Southside, also known as Post Proper South Fort Bonifacio, Barangay 31, or simply Southside, is one of the 38 barangays of Taguig, Philippines. It is one of the ten Embo barangays, and one of the two Inner Fort Bonifacio barangays, the other one being the Post Proper Northside.
