Bohumila Řimnáčová
Bohumila Řimnáčová (born 9 September 1947 in Prague, married Řešátková in 1972) is a Czech former gymnast. Her most remarkable achievements came in 1966 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships (second best after Věra Čáslavská in the golden women´s team) and in the 1968 Summer Olympics (silver team). After 1972 Olympics she married, studied for a degree in organic chemistry, but retained to be a gymnastics couch. Aerobic gymnastics or sport aerobics is a competitive sport originating from traditional aerobics in which complex, high-intensity movement patterns and elements of varying difficulty are performed to music. Nature of the game The performance area is square for juniors or square for adults and for aero dance and step. In International competition there are 9 different events: Individual Women, Individual Men, Mixed Pairs, Trios, Group (five athletes), Step, and Dance (both two last categories have eight athletes). Věra Čáslavská (; 3 May 1942 – 30 August 2016) was a Czechoslovak artistic gymnast and Czech sports official. She won a total of 22 international titles between 1959 and 1968 including seven Olympic gold medals, four world titles and eleven European championships. Čáslavská is the most decorated Czech gymnast in history and is one of only three female gymnasts, along with the Soviet Larisa Latynina and American Simone Biles, to win the all-around gold medal at two Olympics. She remains the only gymnast, male or female, to have won an Olympic gold medal in each individual event. She was also the first gymnast to achieve a perfect 10 at a major competition in the post-1952 era. Gymnastics events have been contested at every Summer Olympic Games since the birth of the modern Olympic movement at the 1896 Summer Olympics in Athens.
