Carsten Bohn (born 18 August 1948) is a German drummer and composer. He was the drummer for the German progressive rock band Frumpy from 1969 to 1972 and had a long career in the German music scene. Hans Bohn
Hans Bohn (December 23, 1891 – May 10, 1980) was a German graphic artist and typographer. He developed the fonts Orplid, Mondial, Allegro, and the heavier weight of Kuenstler Script. After training at the Technische Lehranstalt in Offenbach, he began his professional career at the Ullstein Verlag in Berlin in 1914. From 1919 to 1930, he worked at the Klingspor Foundry. Afterwards he was a freelance graphic designer. He produced fonts and graphic arts for Ludwig & Mayer, a major German foundry, in the 1930s. Henry George Bohn (4 January 179622 August 1884) was a British publisher. He is principally remembered for the ''Bohn's Libraries'' series which he inaugurated. These were begun in 1846, targeted the mass market, and comprised editions of standard works and translations, dealing with history, science, classics, theology, and archaeology. Biography Bohn was born in London. He was the son of a German bookbinder who had settled in England. In 1831, he began his career as a dealer in rare books and remainders. In 1841 he issued his ''"Guinea" Catalogue'' of books, a monumental work containing 23,208 items. Bohn was noted for his book auction sales: one held in 1848 lasted four days, the catalogue comprising twenty folio pages. James George Stuart Burges Bohn (20 December 1803, London – 4 January 1880, Peckham) was a British bookseller and bibliographer. Family Bohn was son of John Bohn, a London bookseller, who died on 13 October 1843, in his eighty-sixth year. The translator and publisher Henry George Bohn (1796–1884) was his brother. Jason Duehn Bohn (born April 24, 1973) is an American professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour. He won two PGA Tour events. Amateur career Bohn was born in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. Parker Morse Bohn III (born July 13, 1963) is a left-handed American professional ten-pin bowler. He has been a member of the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) since 1984, and is a member of the PBA and USBC Halls of Fame. Bohn is one of only eight players in PBA history to accumulate at least 30 career PBA Tour titles, currently ranking fifth all-time with 35 (including three majors).
