From January 2019 until December 2020 he served as Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development in the second cabinet of Edi Rama. Tirana ( , ; ) is the capital and List of cities and towns in Albania, largest city of Albania. It is located in the centre of the country, enclosed by mountains and hills, with Dajti rising to the east and a slight valley to the northwest overlooking the Adriatic Sea in the distance. Eduard Shalsi
Eduard Shalsi was born in the city of Korça in 1968. He is the husband of Mrs. Eranda Shalsi and father of three children, Patrick, Samuel and Claire. Biography Shalsi graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences in Biology-Chemistry in 1990 in Tirana. After completing his university studies, Shalsi practiced teaching in elementary and secondary education in Tirana. From 1992 to 1995 he emigrated to Greece.
