Bjørn Hansen (footballer)
Bjørn Hansen (15 January 1939 – 25 April 2018) was a Norwegian Association football, football player and coach. Hansen was head coach for Rosenborg BK in part of the 1985 season and assistant coach 1988-89 and 1991–96. The club dominated Norwegian football at this time, winning the premier league most seasons, as well as the Norwegian cup in several of them. He was also assistant coach for Norway national football team, Norwegian national team from 1994 to 1998, including at the 1998 FIFA World Cup. Career Born in Trondheim, Hansen played soccer as a midfielder for FK Kvik in the 1960s. He played for the club when they were promoted to OBOS-ligaen, 2.divisjon which was Norway's second highest level at the time and subsequently played for the club in that division. He also played a couple of matches for Sandefjord BK in Eliteserien (football), 1.divisjon, the highest level. In addition he played for Oppdal. Group A of the 1998 FIFA World Cup was one of eight groups of four teams competing at the 1998 World Cup in France. The first matches were played on 10 June 1998 and the final games took place simultaneously on 23 June 1998. The group consisted of defending champions Brazil, Norway, Scotland and Morocco. Matches took place at six different venues around France. Per-Mathias Høgmo (born 1 December 1959) is a Norway, Norwegian football manager and former player. who is the head coach of Eliteserien club Molde FK, Molde. He has previously been head coach of Norway women's national football team and the Tippeligaen sides Tromsø IL, Tromsø, Moss FK, Moss and Rosenborg BK, Rosenborg.
