Dima Nikolayevich Bilan (, ; born Viktor Nikolayevich Belan [] on 24 December 1981) is a Russian singer. In 2002, Bilan participated in the first edition of New Wave. At the end of the contest, he finished in fourth place. He represented Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 with " Never Let You Go", finishing second, and he won the contest in 2008 in Belgrade, with the song " Believe". Early life Dima Bilan was born as Viktor Belan in Ust-Dzheguta in the autonomous republic Karachay-Cherkessia in a mixed family of Tatar, Karachay and Russian heritage. Bilan's father, Nikolai Mikhailovich Belan, was born in Kabardino-Balkaria and his mother, Nina Dmitriyevna Belan, in Tatarstan. He has an elder sister, Yelena, and a younger sister, Anna. After having briefly lived in Tatarstan as a child, Bilan's family relocated to Maysky in Kabardino-Balkaria. Miro Bilan (born July 21, 1989) is a Croatian professional basketball player for Germani Brescia of the Italian Lega Basket Serie A (LBA). Standing at , he plays at the center position. Professional career Bilan started his career in his hometown, playing for Šibenik from the start of 2006 until January 2010 season when he signed 3 year-deal for Zadar. In Zadar Bilan proved to be one of the most promising young centers in Croatia, becoming subject of interest from major clubs. Olena Bilan () is a Ukrainian economist. She is a Chief Economist at the Dragon Capital (since 2009), a Ukraine's leading investment bank, joining in 2006. She is a member of the board of directors for Kyiv School of Economics (since 2016). Olena Bilan was named a top-three analyst in the Ukrainian financial market in the Thomson Reuters Extel survey of global institutional investors in 2013 and 2014. She collaborates with the Ministry of Finance. In 2002, she graduated with honors from the then Kyiv School of Economics (KSE). She was a student of Professor Serhiy Korablin.
